When does ReaperHD support end?

ReaperHD reaches End of Life (EOL) in January 2027, at which point hardware sales and major feature enhancements conclude.

ReaperHD reaches End of Support (EOS) in January 2028. After this date, technical support, maintenance, repairs, and future software compatibility support will no longer be available. ReaperHD cameras will also no longer connect to or process data on the DRN Network.

Affiliates should begin planning their transition well before EOS to avoid disruptions and ensure continued participation on the DRN Network.

What happens after End of Support?

After EOS, ReaperHD cameras will no longer connect to or process data on the DRN Network. Technical assistance, repairs, and future software compatibility support will also end. Upgrading before EOS helps ensure uninterrupted scanning and access to future DRN platform enhancements.

What is the ReaperHD Trade-In Program?

The ReaperHD Trade-In Program provides a simple path to the L5M Flexible Subscription for current ReaperHD affiliates. Eligible affiliates can upgrade starting at $275/month for 4 years and receive preferred pricing, a zero-interest subscription, no sales tax on qualifying upgrades (credited back to the invoice), automatic hardware refresh after four years, and access to future DRN platform enhancements.

Will I continue scanning during the transition?

Yes. Your Affiliate Manager will work with you to develop a transition plan designed to maintain uninterrupted scanning and participation on the DRN Network. Our goal is to help affiliates transition to L5M with minimal disruption to their operations.
